Michael Clingan has over 30 years of management and consulting experience in operational process analysis and systematic innovation in operations, engineering, project management, sales, and marketing. Michael holds a terminal certification from the Theory of Constraints (TOC) International Certification Organization encompassing process analysis, process improvement and organizational change management. Michael, a contemporary and mentored by Dr. Eli Goldratt, the Founder of TOC, has himself become a thought leader in the TOC field.
Michael was the founder and Chancellor of the acclaimed C-bridge Institute on the MIT campus, which was cited by Giga, Forrester and Gartner for the quality of its executive IT programs. The Institute, which ultimately had 52 faculty and staff, delivered targeted training on the technologies, methodologies and management skills needed for successful IT projects. Clients included HP, Oracle, the US Navy, Chase, EIG, MEMC, The Hartford, USAA, Thomson Financial, Seagate, Ford, Companion, and Air Liquide.
